Good afternoon everyone! I hope that you have been enjoying Writetober 2019. I know that I have been enjoying watching Kyle’s story unfold. If you haven’t fully caught up on Writetober, get to it here: Writetober Day 13 & 14 (Ash & Overgrown)
THANK YOU!
Before I tackle the information on Novel November, I wanted to take a second and give you all a huge shoutout and thank you for views, likes, and subscriptions during Writetober. Not only am I immensely thankful, my fiance is too. (She’s happy I am pursuing my writing). So, one more time, THANK YOU!
Writetober Halfway Point
We are just about at the halfway point for Writetober and it is coming along. A little behind the scenes for you all, I have 0 outline and had 0 idea on what to do for this years event. I’m sure you guys and gals have noticed, but as the days went on, the story and characters started to come into their own. I want to hear from YOU! What are your comments and concerns about this years Writetober tale? Do you like Kyle? Is Vordmir a proper bad guy? What’s going on with the ring? I want to hear your thoughts! Lastly, I have challenged other friends and writers to partake in Writetober, they have done amazingly well. This will culminate in a Writetober Anthology being printed! I will be collecting everyone’s work alongside mine, printing and publishing them for everyone to enjoy!
Novel November
With Writetober being almost halfway over, I should start setting my sights on Novel November. For those that don’t know, it is a daunting task; having a completed rough draft of a novel by the last day of November. Depending on genre, a novel could range from 60,000 words to 110,000 words, so wish me luck. For everyone that follows this website, you will be able to read excerpts from my daily writings toward the novel completion. Unfortunately, I can not post 100% of my daily writings, as complete access to the Novel is reserved for my Patreon and the patrons that support me. I’ll break it down simpler: If I write 3 chapters in a day, either half or a full chapter will be posted on this website, whereas, on the Patreon, all 3 chapters would be posted.
Patreon
Writing has always been a ‘hobby’, or a backpocket passion for me. I have been writing since I was a kid creating Quailman comics of my own. (See tv show Doug) Overtime, and after a few close friend recommendations, I decided to pursue my writing a little bit harder. I created my patreon for a way to let whatever little fans I had show their support. Honestly, I didn’t get it, but friends wanted to monetarily support my passion, so I thank them. If you read all of this and read my work, and enjoy what I create, (and love run on sentences) then check out my Patreon. If not, and you hate what I write, well, thanks for spending the time to read it!
In Conclusion
Stay positive, stay motivated, and spread the love!
